KARELink is a system of care that involves collaboration between many providers in Kings County. This system is designed to assist Kings County residents who could benefit from having a case manager for accessing any combination of services related to mental health, addictions, and/or chronic health conditions.
To coordinate timely and individualized care for those in most need of services.
Services we offer
Assessments, Case Management, Public Assistance, skills to enhance well-being, SSI advocacy, tattoo removal, sobriety program, civil legal assistance, and group support.
